Strengthening Partnerships, Delivering Enhanced Solutions

Marking a new phase in our cooperation, Conprofe has presented Ceramic King with an upgraded Distributor Authorization Certificate. This reflects a full expansion of the product lines Ceramic King is authorized to represent. As Conprofe’s leading tool distributor in South Korea and the 2025 Top-Performing Distributor, Ceramic King brings deep technical expertise and extensive experience in Korea’s advanced ceramics machining sector, earning strong customer trust.
Following this upgrade, in addition to Conprofe’s Solid PCD Cutting Tools, Ceramic King will now also represent our core ultrasonic product series, including Ultrasonic Machine Tools, Press-Fit Units and Tool Holders, and Shrink-Fit Units and Tool Holders. This expansion enables us to provide the Korean market with even more efficient and higher-quality precision machining solutions.
Experience Ultrasonic Tech Firsthand at the Application & Testing Center

Conprofe has also established a local after-sales service base in Yongin, South Korea, staffed with resident engineers to provide tailored technical support and maintenance. The facility also houses a local spare parts inventory dedicated to ensuring rapid response and minimized downtime for customers in the region.

The new Conprofe Ultrasonic Application & Testing Center in Yongin serves as a key showcase for our ultrasonic technology. It features dedicated zones for exhibiting ultrasonic machines and units, experiencing ultrasonic vibration, and observing micro-hole machining results. Visitors can evaluate machine performance, explore key features, observe operations, and inspect finished workpieces up close. More importantly, the Center provides end-to-end support—from technical consultation and product trials to process development, prototyping, and after-sales service—meeting diverse and customized machining needs.
Looking Ahead: Shaping the Future of Machining

Mr. Harry Bae, President of Ceramic King, shared: “Five years ago, when we first introduced Conprofe’s Solid PCD Cutting Tools, many customers came for testing with doubts—wondering, ‘Can this really machine ceramics?’. Today, their performance has gained widespread recognition from our customers.”
He added: “Going forward, we aim to establish Conprofe’s Solid PCD Cutting Tools as a benchmark in advanced ceramics manufacturing. We plan to expand from the advanced semiconductor material machining into new frontiers such as automotive, civil aviation, and medical field, deepen our collaboration with Conprofe, and actively promote innovative ultrasonic machining solutions to help customers across industries overcome their manufacturing challenges.”

The opening of the Conprofe Korea Ultrasonic Application & Testing Center in Yongin represents a major step in our commitment to South Korea’s high-end manufacturing industry. We will continue to strengthen our partnership with Ceramic King, supporting customers from pre-sales through after-sales, and introducing more innovative products and precision machining solutions to the Korean market—together driving technological progress in Korean manufacturing.
