From July 17 to 19, 2026, KDTEX 2026 (Korea Dental Technology Expo & Scientific Conference), hosted by the Korean Dental Technician Association, was held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Under the theme “Link the Era: Bridging Generations, Unifying Through Digital”, the exhibition is a gathering of cutting-edge trends and innovations in global dental technology. It attracted around 90 exhibitors, over 250 booths, and more than 10,000 dental professionals, with academic sessions focusing on hot topics such as AI automation, digital dentures, and implant restoration.

Featuring a compact design, the MW-100 weighs only 1,300 kg with its footprint of merely 1.75 m², reducing 73.5% of space compared with traditional Swiss-type lathes. With no need for a 3-6m-long external bar feeder, the machine tool flexibly adapts to the layout requirements of various workshops and cuts investment costs by 48.8% compared with traditional machining.

3. Simplified Operation – Reduced Training Requirements
The CNC system and operation interface are deeply optimized for dental machining scenarios, with a built-in control panel. Compared with the complex programming logic of traditional Swiss-type lathes, the operation threshold is significantly lowered. Technicians can master the system after short training, effectively reducing labor training costs.

4. High-Precision Machining – Eliminating Eccentricity
Equipped with a Renishaw laser interferometer for machine tool accuracy measurement, the MW-100 effectively ensures accuracy during assembly, featuring positioning accuracy of 0.006mm and repeatability of 0.003mm on the X/Y/Z axes. The machine tool also ensures perfect alignment between the abutment gingival surface and its connecting interface, eliminating misalignment common in traditional Swiss-type lathe machining and realizing a superior fit among abutments, implants and crowns.

5. Fully Automated Production – 20 Titanium Blanks, 80 Hours of Unattended Operation
With centralized blanks storage for automatic loading and unloading, the MW-100 adopts a magazine-type blanks storage that holds 20 pieces of 250mm titanium blanks at one time, enabling continuous automatic production for more than 80 hours after one single loading. With a 6-axis robotic arm featuring 8kg load and ±0.02mm accuracy, the customized dual grippers pick titanium blanks onto the rotary table and transfer products into the storage tank automatically. Equipped with drawer-type dual-tray product storage, the machine allows tray exchange without shutdown and supports long-cycle unattended machining.
6. High Efficiency & Excellent Surface Quality
The average cycle time for various types of abutments is controlled within 15 minutes, with machined surface roughness Ra < 15μm. With enhanced surface quality, the machine tool greatly reduces the time needed for downstream polishing processes.

Specializing in high-quality manufacturing and digital transformation of custom dentures (removable dentures, advanced implants, metal restoration repairs, etc.), the company holds significant influence in Asian dental technology sector. The attention from such a leading enterprise further validates the MW-100’s lead in technological edge and machining capability.
In addition, 3-POINT DENTAL reported strong interest from customers in the medical component precision machining sector, indicating expanding application scenarios. Based on the MW-100’s outstanding on-site performance and positive international feedback, the distributor has confirmed plans to promote the model in the North American and Australian markets, further expanding its global footprint in dental and medical machining sectors.
