Installation and Commissioning
Our equipment undergoes rigorous quality and accuracy testing before leaving the factory, ensuring transparency in production. Our machining services include dispatching technicians to the customer’s designated location for installation and debugging upon request, subject to a service fee. We value customer feedback and actively seek suggestions within 30 days after the installation for an enhanced customer experience, as well as a more comprehensive CNC machining service.
Maintenance and Repair
Scheduled maintenance services tailored to the specific needs of our customers are a part of our CNC machining services. Our CNC maintenance and repair processes are streamlined from the design stage, alleviating customer workload and enhancing maintenance convenience. The warranty period is 12 months, and charges apply only for parts in case of human-caused failures within the warranty period.
